By accessing or using Alfa Fitness facilities, services, or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Terms
1.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a membership or have parental consent if under 18.
1.2. Membership Types
We offer various membership options (e.g., monthly, 3-month promo, yearly). Each plan includes access to gym facilities and may include personal training, nutrition plans, or classes, as specified.
1.3. Payment
All membership fees are billed in advance. Payments must be made through an accepted method (credit/debit card, auto-pay, etc.). Late payments may result in access suspension.
2. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotions (e.g., $150/month 3-month promo) are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. New member promos are for first-time customers only unless otherwise noted.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation by Member
To cancel, members must provide written notice 30 days before the next billing cycle (standard: 30 days). Cancellation policies vary by membership type and may require a minimum commitment.
3.2. Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be granted in cases of medical emergency or relocation, at management's discretion.
4. Use of Facilities
4.1. Assumption of Risk
By entering our gym or participating in any fitness program, you understand and assume all risks associated with physical activity.
4.2. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat staff and other members with respect. Harassment, misuse of equipment, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
4.3. Personal Belongings
Alfa Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lockers are provided for convenience.
5. Personal Training & Nutrition Services
All personal training and meal planning services are non-transferable and expire after 6 months from date of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid loss of session.
6. Digital Services & Communication
6.1. Emails, Texts & Phone
By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive updates via SMS, email, and phone about your membership, promotions, and programs. You can opt out at any time.
6.2. Online Content
Any programs, videos, or materials accessed online remain the property of Alfa Fitness. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute without permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or misuse your data.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that Alfa Fitness, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries or damages arising from participation in fitness programs or use of facilities.
9. Changes to Terms
Alfa Fitness reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
